WHAT IS ANTI SLIP FLOOR COATING?
It is a layer of material that's worn on an applied floor to prevent slips and falls. It's made up of a combination of chemical compounds & water which effectively increase the friction of the applied floor thus create an anti-slip safer floor for all user.
HOW LONG DOES ANTI-SLIP FLOOR COATING LAST?
It may Last Up 6 To 12 months.
(Subject to frequency of usage).
*Highly Recommended to recoat It at least Yearly for Maintaining Purpose. effectively increase the friction of the applied floor thus create an anti-slip safer floor for all user.
STEPS OF ANTI-SLIP COATING
Clean the surface that will to be treated & dry it off completely.
Spread solution evenly on the surface and brush it horizontally & vertically to allow the chemical get into it. (The floor must be in the dry condition for this step)
Let it dry completely without disturb.
Clean the surface with water after all done.
Once completion, try to test the applied floor with barefoot.
*Repeat the steps 2 & 3 for 2 to 3 times if you want more friction for better anti-slip outcome from it.

WHO NEEDS ANTI-SLIP FLOOR MOST?
The result of nature of the tiles, mosaic will become matte(no-shine).
Do not drag anything on the tiles, mosaic, it may leave a mark.
The pendulum test assesses the friction offered by a floor surface when a foot comes into contact with it. It can measure slip potential of both dry, wet and contaminated flooring.
HOW IS THE PENDULUM SLIP TEST CONDUCTED?
The Pendulum test is the British standard method of measuring slip resistance. Health and Safety Executives preferred method of testing. HSE recommends a minimum score of 36 or more for floor coverings to be used in public places in both wet and dry conditions.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD PENDULUM SLIP TEST?
The test is conducted in a wet condition by spraying the surface with water. The pendulum is swung across the surface five times as a minimum and the average of the last three readings are used to calculate the average after testing five products or locations.
MEASURING SLIP RESISTANCE
*Base on 5 inch floor resistance.*
The result may vary due to the different nature of the tiles, mosaic and some may perform better than others.
